These works were a result of a period of investigation into the act of constructing and a focus on the experiential qualities of a work e.g. how things are discovered, placed in a way that responds to the space or goes against the architecture of the space. I arranged the opaquely coloured cardboard assemblages in clusters, bookmarked at each end by wooden and found board constructions inhabiting the corners of my studio.
